ROLE SUMMARY:

Be a part of the Anheuser-Busch Brewery Experience at our Biergarten. As a Food Runner you have the opportunity to provide a high level of customer service to guests by following and executing special requests. Our Food Runners coordinate and communicate with the chef and follow proper hold time standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinates and communicates across the line with the chef.

  • Follows proper hold time standards for all heated products.

  • Read tickets and pull product from window in order specified.

  • Judge quality and quantity of each dish according to chef standards to ensure each guest receives the correct order and best presentation.

  • Follow and execute special instructions/requests.

  • Maintains full knowledge of food, beverages, products, and services.

  • Provide high level of customer service to guests.

  • Assist with special events.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.

  • Minimum 1 year expediting experience in a full service restaurant.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Able to stand, lift, walk, and carry with ease.
