Location: Michigan City, IN
Position Type: Part-Time / Seasonal (with growth opportunities)
At Shady Creek Winery, the tasting bar is where the experience comes to life. We’re looking for engaging, knowledgeable, and guest-focused Wine Tasting Associates to guide guests through our wines and create memorable, personalized experiences.
If you enjoy connecting with people, making recommendations, and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
  •  Greet guests at the bar with a warm, friendly welcome 
  •  Provide thoughtful recommendations, pairings, and product knowledge 
  •  Take and fulfill orders efficiently in a fast-paced environment 
  •  Keep the tasting bar clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift 
What We’re Looking For
  •  Outgoing, confident personality with strong communication skills 
  •  Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume environment 
  •  Interest in wine (experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train) 
  •  Sales-minded approach—you’re comfortable making suggestions and guiding purchases
