Job Purpose


The role of Bottle Service Attendant is to provide an elevated, high-energy guest experience through attentive service, premium presentation, and strong hospitality. This position is responsible for assisting with bottle service reservations, setting up tables, presenting and serving bottles, maintaining table cleanliness, and ensuring guests receive a memorable and celebratory experience from arrival through departure.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage guests with professionalism, confidence, and a hospitality-focused attitude
  • Set up bottle service tables with mixers, garnishes, glassware, napkins, ice, and other required items
  • Present and serve bottles according to company standards and responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of assigned bottle service tables throughout the guest experience
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, timely service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Upsell bottles, cocktails, mixers, add-ons, and premium offerings when appropriate
  • Coordinate efforts with bartenders, servers, hosts, security, and supervisors/management to ensure smooth service execution
  • Process orders accurately and follow proper payment and cash-handling procedures
  • Monitor guest behavior and communicate any concerns related to intoxication, safety, or service issues to management
  • Assist with opening, closing, restocking, and general service support as needed
  • Follow all company policies, sanitation standards, health regulations, and alcohol service laws
  • Perform other duties as requested by management

Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be friendly, outgoing, polished, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Previous bottle service, serving, nightlife, bar, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong guest service, active listening, and communication skills
  • Must be comfortable with sales, upselling, and creating a premium guest experience
  • Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods both indoors and outdoors
  • Must be able to lift, carry, and move service items such as bottles, trays, mixers, ice buckets, and glassware
  • Work schedule varies and will include working days, nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Organizational, teamwork, and multi-tasking skills a must
  • Knowledge of spirits, champagne, cocktails, and bottle service standards is a plus
