THE ROLE
The Premium Event Server is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to VIP guests, suite holders, premium hospitality clients, and bottle service guests during concerts, special events, and entertainment experiences. This highly guest-focused role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while providing an elevated hospitality experience.
Premium Event Servers serve as ambassadors of the venue by creating memorable guest experiences through personalized service, responsiveness, and execution of premium food and beverage offerings.
ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES QUALIFICATIONS
  • Provide exceptional food and beverage service to VIP guests, premium hospitality clients, and bottle service patrons during concerts, special events, and other venue functions.
  • Deliver personalized service and attention to detail that exceed guest expectations and enhance the overall event experience.
  • Accurately serve food, bottled beverages, cocktails, wine, beer, mixers, and other premium offerings in accordance with venue standards.
  • Prepare and maintain VIP suites, lounges, premium seating areas, and bottle service locations before, during, and after events.
  • Ensure all tables, service stations, and premium hospitality areas remain clean, organized, and presentation-ready throughout events.
  • Accurately handle cash and electronic payment transactions, maintain assigned cash banks, and reconcile receipts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, beverage offerings, promotions, and venue amenities.
  • Anticipate guest needs, proactively address requests, and assist with service recovery when necessary.
  • Support event operations through food running, clearing tables, resetting guest areas, stocking supplies, and completing opening, closing, and side work duties.
  • Collaborate with bartenders, culinary staff, supervisors, and fellow team members to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Follow all alcohol service policies, responsible beverage service practices, and age-verification procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and sanitation requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
  • High School degree/GED or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in hospitality, food and beverage service, catering, banquet service, nightclub operations, premium dining, or upscale guest service environments preferred.
  • Previous experience providing bottle service, VIP service, premium hospitality, luxury hospitality, nightlife, or concert/event service strongly preferred.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Excellent customer service and people skills with the ability to engage professionally with high-profile and VIP guests.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to remain poised, professional, and service-focused in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Basic math and cash-handling skills are preferred.
  • Ability to anticipate guest needs and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Must be able to work in a loud, crowded, and high-energy event environment.
