Job description

A growing wellness and service-based franchise business in the St. George, Utah area is hiring a Part-Time Executive Assistant to support a fast-moving executive team and ownership group. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail oriented, dependable, and energized by helping a growing business run better every day. If you are organized, polished, highly communicative, and naturally proactive, this is a strong opportunity to step into a meaningful support role with room to make a real impact.
In this position, you will help manage day-to-day administrative and operational needs for the executive team while supporting the overall client experience of the business. The right candidate is not simply task-oriented. This person should be a true self-starter who looks at existing processes, identifies gaps, and helps make systems more efficient over time. You should be comfortable solving problems, thinking critically, taking initiative without constant direction, and handling a mix of routine responsibilities and unexpected needs with professionalism.
This is a part-time position at 20 to 30 hours per week based in the St. George, Utah area, with a pay range of $15 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, reliability, and overall fit. The schedule requires flexibility, as business needs may vary from week to week. Because this role may involve local errands, business support tasks, and in-person coordination, candidates must have a valid driver's license, be at least 21 years old, and be comfortable working in a growing franchise environment where priorities can move quickly.
The strongest candidates will be confident performing basic computer and administrative work using tools such as Microsoft Office, Slack, Teams, email, and other common business systems. Just as important, they will bring strong judgment, excellent follow-through, and a high standard of communication. This role requires someone who is responsible, solutions-oriented, and able to think outside the box while still maintaining structure, accuracy, and discretion. A polite, service-minded attitude is essential, as this person will help support the wellbeing of clients while also assisting leadership with operational and administrative priorities.
A successful candidate will be highly organized, capable of managing details without losing sight of the bigger picture, and motivated to help a growing business improve its systems as it scales. If you are the kind of person who sees what needs to be done and does it, communicates clearly, and takes pride in delivering an excellent internal and external customer experience, this role could be an excellent fit.
Part-Time: Executive Assistant
Location: St. George, UT
Schedule: 20–30 hours per week
Compensation: $15–$25 per hour
Key Requirements: Highly detail oriented, valid driver's license, flexible schedule, age 21+, basic computer proficiency
Core Strengths: Communication, organization, initiative, process improvement, problem solving, critical thinking

Qualified applicants will be considered based on experience, professionalism, communication skills, and overall ability to succeed in the role.
