This is a "pipeline req" for those who are interested in future PT EA opportunities that become available to us. We are currently building our pipeline of talented part-time executive assistants to be ready for the needs of our clients.

TYPICAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage calendars and emails Arrange travel Organize meetings and events Process expense reports Assist with creating and editing emails, presentations, etc. Conduct general research CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of executive assistant experience Microsoft Office or Google Suite Strong written and verbal communication High level of attention to detail Strong organizational skills Time management skills CRM experience preferred Hourly rates usually range from $30-35 per hour depending on job and experience.
