Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance with ADLs and IADLs for Clients in the home setting (Hygiene, Incontinence Care, Mobility/Transfer Support, Light Housekeeping, Meal Preparation)
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and a professional relationship with Clients, Family Members, and Co-workers
  • Perform duties as assigned on personal care service plan, documentation upon completion
  • Help keep the Client's environment clean and organized
  • Remind Client to take self-administered medications
  • Report changes in the Client's condition to provide quality of care

Required Skills:
  • 2 years professional experience (CNA, HHA, PCA), provide professional references
  • Alzheimer's/Dementia experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Proof of current Car Insurance
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
