Job description

Part-Time Executive Assistant
LHH is partnering with an organization in Bethesda, MD looking to bring on an part time Executive Assistant. This role will begin in September through January. Hourly pay will range between $28-$35 per hour.
Schedule
  • Part-time, 20 hours per week
  • Hybrid in Bethesda (Mountain or Central Time preferred)
  • Monday-Friday with a flexible schedule based on executive needs
  • Assignment expected to run through early January
What You'll Do
  • Provide proactive administrative support to senior executives and a leadership team.
  • Manage complex calendars, prioritize scheduling requests, and resolve conflicts across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
  • Track travel details and ensure calendars are updated with all relevant information.
  • Prepare and reconcile expense reports accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate executive dinners, team events, conferences, and other meetings, including restaurant reservations, menus, seating arrangements, and event logistics.
  • Assist with annual gifting initiatives and other special projects.
  • Communicate professionally with executives, internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Help executives navigate basic technology tools such as Outlook, Zoom, and internal AI resources when needed.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience supporting senior executives (VP, SVP, or C-suite preferred).
  • Exceptional calendar management and travel coordination experience.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate executive needs.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, polished communication skills.
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, smartphones, and travel booking platforms.
  • A patient, service-oriented approach and a commitment to providing high-touch executive support.
