Overview:

The Spa Marketing Coordinator supports marketing efforts for The Coeur d'Alene Resort Spa across social media, email, CRM, and digital content. The ideal candidate is creative, team-oriented, detail-focused, and passionate about spa and wellness, with a commitment to producing high-quality work they can be proud of.

This is an on-site, part-time hourly position.

Essential Functions:

Manage Spa social media, including posts, events, and advertising.

Develop and execute Spa email marketing and flash sales.

Manage and update Spa CRM.

Oversee Spa website content, services, packages, and promotions.

Coordinate all campaign assets for Spa specials.

Design Spa marketing materials in Canva and coordinate digital and print production.

Communicate project status, timelines, deployments, and opportunities with Marketing and Spa teams.

Stay current on Spa marketing trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.

Job Requirements:

Light graphic design experience required, with proficiency in Canva.

Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and ability to create on-trend, engaging content.

Experience managing business social media accounts, CRM, email marketing, and Microsoft Excel preferred.

Two years of Marketing experience or an Associate's/bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Team-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to take ownership of projects.

Committed to producing high-quality work and meeting deadlines.

Genuine interest in spa, wellness, and hospitality

Wage: $24-$26/hour
