Job description

Marketing & AI Integration Specialist.
Integrity Exterior Solutions — Lincoln, Nebraska.
Integrity Exterior Solutions is looking for a motivated, tech-savvy marketing professional who can help us generate leads, strengthen our online presence, and integrate AI and automation into our daily operations.
This is a hands-on position for someone who understands marketing but is also excited about using AI to make a business faster, smarter, and more organized. We want someone who can turn ideas into working systems—not just make recommendations.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage Facebook, Instagram, Google, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Produce engaging posts, advertisements, videos, and customer-focused content.
  • Improve lead generation and track which campaigns produce actual sales.
  • Use AI tools to create content, follow up with leads, and streamline office processes.
  • Build automated workflows for lead follow-up, customer updates, reviews, and appointment scheduling.
  • Help integrate AI with our CRM, email, website, phone systems, and other business software.
  • Maintain accurate customer and marketing data.
  • Improve our website, landing pages, Google Business Profile, and online listings.
  • Track calls, leads, appointments, sales, and return on advertising spend.
  • Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated.
  • Train team members on new tools and document the systems you create.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or marketing automation.
  • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and related platforms
  • Familiarity with CRMs, automated workflows, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Able to troubleshoot technology and learn new systems quickly.
  • Results-driven and comfortable being held accountable for measurable performance.
  • Self-motivated and able to complete projects without constant supervision.
  • Construction or home-services marketing experience is helpful but not required.

What Success Looks Like:
  • More qualified leads and scheduled appointments.
  • Faster and more consistent lead follow-up.
  • Better customer communication throughout each project.
  • Increased online reviews and referrals.
  • Clear reporting on marketing costs and results.
  • Working AI systems that save the company time and improve productivity.

Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experience, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. Full-time or part-time arrangements may be considered for the right person.

To Apply:
Send your résumé along with a short explanation of your marketing and AI experience. Please include an example of a campaign, automation, or business system you have created. If you have a portfolio, include that as well.
