Job description

The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is seeking to hire a student assistant, in a learning capacity, to work under the close supervision of the Branch Chief for the Office of Contract Management in the Division of Planning & Modal Program Management (PM), the student assistant, in a learning capacity, will assist PM in a wide array of duties to help further the Division's mission and goals. Student Assistant will assist with general business duties in the Office of Contract Management (CMO), including data entry, electronic data management, quality analysis, contract management, contract analysis, contract reports, file organization, and workload standards.
