Marketing Specialist (Part-Time)
Company: Caxy
Location: Hybrid - Chicago (2-3 days/week in office)
Hours: 20-25 hours per week
Compensation: $30/hour

The Opportunity-AI Strategy and Consulting
For 25 years, Caxy has helped organizations build software that solves complex business challenges. As we continue investing in marketing, we're looking for a part-time Marketing Specialist to help execute integrated marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, engage audiences, and generate business opportunities.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating content, managing campaigns, analyzing results, and turning ideas into execution. You'll work directly with the CEO and external partners to support marketing initiatives across Casino/Hospitality, B2B Ecommerce, and Custom Software Development.
What You'll Do
Marketing Campaigns & Content
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels
  • Manage content calendars and publish approximately 25-30 social posts per month
  • Write, edit, and proofread marketing content that reflects Caxy's brand voice
  • Create creative briefs and collaborate with internal and external partners
  • Review, format, and publish blog content and marketing assets
  • Review, edit and distribute CEO podcast
Digital Marketing & Email
  • Create and manage Google Ads campaigns
  • Support marketing automation and email marketing initiatives
  • Help develop email campaigns, workflows, and performance reporting
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements
Design & Video
  • Create graphics for social media, blogs, advertising, and email campaigns
  • Produce light video edits for social platforms, including captions and graphics
  • Maintain consistent brand standards across channels
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and analyze marketing performance across content, advertising, email, and social media
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting trends and opportunities
  • Compare promotional activity with lead generation and business outcomes
  • Recommend tests, optimizations, and new opportunities based on data
Collaboration
  • Serve as a point of contact with external marketing, advertising, and media partners
  • Coordinate marketing activities across multiple projects and deadlines
  • Support annual marketing planning and campaign development efforts
What We're Looking For
Experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or communications
  • Experience managing social media and paid advertising campaigns
  • Experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and digital campaign reporting
  • Experience creating marketing graphics and content
