We are looking for an experienced and energetic leader to join the team as a part-time Contract Proposal Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Proposal Management
    • Collaborate with the internal team to understand client requirements and objectives.
    • Lead the development of high-quality proposals, ensuring they are tailored to client needs and aligned with company capabilities.
    • Coordinate with subject matter experts to gather relevant information and create compelling proposal content.
    • Maintain a repository of proposal templates, case studies, and other relevant collateral.
    • Manage proposal timelines and deadlines to ensure timely submission.
  • Contract Management
    • Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring they align with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Work closely with the legal advisor to ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.

  • Client Relationship Management

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of contract law and experience with contract negotiation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
