Direct supervisors, servers, and bartenders with clear expectations

Wedding or large-scale event experience preferred
Proven ability to lead teams of 10-30 staff
Strong decision-making skills under pressure
Confidence in client-facing environments
Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vans and box trucks
You stay calm under pressure.
You anticipate needs.
You take responsibility.
Schedule & Availability
Full-time role requiring consistent evening and weekend availability. During peak months May, June, September, and October, Saturday availability is required. Hours extend based on event volume.
Why Join JDK
Clear path to Senior Event Manager
Work at high-end weddings and premium venues
Team-first culture focused on professionalism and accountability
Direct impact on client experience
At JDK, leadership happens in the field. If you want to run the timeline and set the tone for exceptional events, we would love to meet you.
