Job description

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team on a part-time basis. In this role you will work directly with the Director of Marketing & Creative and the broader marketing team to produce high-quality visual content that supports sales, business development, and brand growth. The right candidate has a strong design foundation, and focuses on outcome, not output. This is a role with consistent, ongoing work rather than one-off projects. You will have a direct line to senior creative leadership and real input on how the brand shows up across channels.

Key Responsibilities

Design marketing and sales collateral including brochures, flyers, white papers, case studies, and presentation materials that support the sales and business development teams.

Create digital design assets for social media platforms, ensuring content is visually consistent, on-brand, and optimized for each channel.

Support website updates and maintenance, working within the existing CMS to update imagery, layouts, and design elements as needed.

Uphold and apply brand standards across all deliverables, ensuring consistency in typography, color, tone, and visual identity.

Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams on content creation initiatives, translating messaging and strategy into compelling visual communication.

Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, communicating proactively on timelines and priorities.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional graphic design experience.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign are required.

A strong portfolio demonstrating range across both print and digital design.

Solid understanding of design principles including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

Ability to work independently, take direction well, and deliver polished work with minimal revisions.

Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality and brand consistency.

Nice to Have

Experience with After Effects or motion graphics.

B2B marketing or agency experience.
