We are currently seeking full-time and part-time Appointment Schedulers who are committed to providing superior service and eager to grow within a highly respected orthopaedic practice at our KOC Weisgarber and KOC University locations.
At Knoxville Orthopaedic Clinic, our purpose is to improve lives through patient-centered care - every patient, every time. And we've been doing just that since our founding in 1930.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create patient appointments for all KOC locations
  • Obtain patient information and schedule follow ups as needed
  • Work incoming referrals in Updox
  • Assist department with various administrative tasks as needed

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
  • Medical office experience preferred
  • Understanding of all safety protocols and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Dedication to providing exceptional patient care and service
