Job Purpose 

Furnitureland South is seeking a driven, results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to accelerate client acquisition and strengthen our sales pipeline. This role is responsible for identifying, researching, and engaging prospective clients, while nurturing relationships with existing customers to drive repeat and referral business.

You will leverage AI-powered tools and modern prospecting techniques to uncover new opportunities, personalize outreach, and enhance overall client engagement. Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation 

  • Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, digital channels) to engage potential and existing clients.

  • Follow up with customers regarding orders, services, and overall experience to strengthen relationships and uncover additional opportunities.
