Caring Transitions of Venice is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Part-Time Business Development Representative (BDR) to help expand our network of referral partners and introduce our services to seniors and their families throughout the community.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys networking, meeting people, and helping others while earning an hourly wage plus commission.

  • Develop relationships with senior living communities, real estate agents, elder law attorneys, financial planners, healthcare professionals, and other referral partners.
  • Schedule and conduct in-person visits and presentations.
  • Attend networking events, chamber meetings, and community functions.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain ongoing relationships.
  • Track leads and business development activities.
  • Represent Caring Transitions with professionalism and compassion.
