Job description

Employment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Mounter and Packaging Associate for a prestigious and established manufacturing facility in the Oakland Park area. Our client has been in business for over 50 years and provides services throughout the world with a safety mechanism that is used in the transportation industry for wheelchairs.
Pay: $15.45 per hour

Hours: 6:30am - 5pm Monday to Thursday (days off - Fri, Sat, Sun) = 40 per week

You will be assisting with assembling/mounting the finished product and packaging this safety mechanism (which weighs 50-75lbs), making the pallets and/or crates, putting the correct number of items and getting the items ready for shipment. You will be required to use power tools to assemble the finish pieces and may need to use hammers and staple gun to put the packaging together for shipment. Must have an attention to detail.

Qualifications:

- Must have at least 2 years previous packaging experience

- Must have a strong attention to detail

- Must be able to lift up to 50-75lbs

- Must have experience using hand and power tools while working with drawings/work orders

- Must be able to stand on your feet for the full duration of your shift
