We are looking for a hardworking, goal-oriented individual to join our trim/packaging department. Extract trimmers/packagers are responsible for executing production plans in keeping with the Company's operating procedures. Extract trimmers/packagers carry out the day-to-day assignments and tasks of the medical Cannabis production cycle.
Core Responsibilities

  • Fundamental knowledge, as well as the ability to be taught and guided in areas related to harvesting for fresh frozen, shucking dried and cured material, jarring extracts, applying labels, and packaging derivative products.
  • Consistently perform daily work in extract packaging areas such as daily cleaning tasks and basic record keeping
  • Weighing out product
  • Labeling jars, boxes, and mylar bags
  • Packaging product into jars, boxes, and mylar bags
  • Must understand and implement the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures set forth by the state; a pursuit to further their understanding and knowledge of the industry and laws is appreciated
  • Skill in analyzing potential problems with the product being processed

  • Follow Company SOP's and comply with all safety regulations
  • Learn and apply safe and effective commercial marijuana processing techniques

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen. This employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands or feet, reach with hands and arms, and may be required to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work.
