We are a high-volume vacation rental and hospitality company supporting luxury rental homes across Florida’s Forgotten Coast. Our operation depends on strong teamwork, accuracy, and reliable behind-the-scenes support to ensure every home is properly prepared for incoming guests.

The linen facility is a key part of that process. Our team prepares, packs, organizes, and receives linen for scheduled property turns, helping housekeepers stay efficient and ensuring clean linen is ready when it is needed most. This is a fast-paced, hands-on environment where dependability, attention to detail, and pride in your work matter every day.

Position Summary

The Linen Facility Packing & Turn Day Attendant plays a critical role in supporting vacation rental operations by preparing, packing, organizing, and staging linen for scheduled property turns. Working within the linen facility, this position helps ensure housekeepers have the supplies they need to efficiently prepare homes for arriving guests.

This is a physically active, detail-oriented role ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, working as part of a team, and contributing to a fast-paced hospitality operation. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working weekends, holidays, peak seasons, and high-volume turn days.

What You'll Do
  • Prepare and pack clean linen bags for assigned vacation rental properties.

  • Verify linen counts using packing lists, property assignments, and supervisor instructions.

  • Label, organize, and stage completed linen bags for housekeeper pickup.

  • Assist housekeepers with linen pickup prior to scheduled property turns.

  • Receive and assist with dirty linen returns following completed cleans.

  • Sort, separate, and organize returned linen as needed.

  • Identify and report damaged, stained, missing, or unusable linen.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe linen facility.

  • Follow company procedures related to linen quality, packing accuracy, inventory control, and workplace safety.

  • Work efficiently during high-volume weekends, holidays, peak seasons, and back-to-back rental turns.

  • Communicate shortages, packing discrepancies, damaged inventory, or operational concerns to the Linen Facility Supervisor.

Required Qualifications
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and reliable.

  • Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40–50 pounds.

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move for extended periods throughout the shift.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Ability to follow packing lists, property notes, and supervisor instructions.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive, and physically demanding environment.

  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.

  • Must be comfortable working in a linen facility or warehouse-style setting.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in laundry operations, linen services, housekeeping support, hospitality, warehouse operations, or vacation rental management.

  • Familiarity with vacation rental turn-day operations.

  • Experience working from packing sheets, inventory lists, or task assignments.

  • Understanding of linen quality standards and inventory organization.

  • Experience sorting, staging, organizing, or preparing inventory-based materials.

  • Prior experience in a seasonal, hospitality, or high-volume work environment.
