Job description

DESCRIPTION OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:The Order Packer is responsible to assist in setting up the room with empty trays, shuttle sandwiches from the production room to the Putroom, and pick/complete orders for various stores in an organized and timely manner, per pick sheets. Employee must maintain production area in compliance with sanitation standards set by LSG Sky Chefs, FDA, USDA, BRC and Customer regulations. Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to work around equipment and moving parts (trays, carts) Must be able to work in cold environment 40< Must be able to walk/ bend/ stand for entire work shift Must be able to follow/understand customer specifications/ paperwork Must be able to speak, read and write English Must be flexible and have the ability to react to changing priorities Must have good organizational skills and adaptable to frequent changes in customer orders Must have the ability to push 30/50 lbs with the use of rolling carts and lift up to 20 lbs Must possess basic math skills Must be flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays. Days off subject to change due to shift bidding
