Candy Packer Jobs in Florida (NOW HIRING)

A candy packer works in a candy factory, preparing candy or chocolate for shipment or sale. Before production begins, you arrange the work area and materials at the start of your shift. As the candy machines start, you monitor the production line to ensure that it is moving smoothly and is releasing candy at a steady pace. You assemble packing boxes and place the candy into the boxes in a neat and orderly fashion, then you inspect it and document your work. At the end of your shift, you clean your workspace and communicate with oncoming shift workers about your current status in production. You may also be responsible for equipment inspections and conducting quality assurance evaluations. Candy packers usually work full-time on varied shifts.

While both Candy Packers and Candy Assemblers work in candy manufacturing environments, Candy Packers focus on packaging finished products, ensuring proper sealing and labeling. Candy Assemblers are involved in putting together candy components or products during production.
