🎯 Position Summary

The Clinical Outsourcing Manager (COM) is responsible for managing the end-to-end outsourcing strategy for clinical trials and clinical development activities. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders including Clinical Operations, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and external CROs/vendors to ensure successful execution of outsourced clinical services.

The COM drives vendor selection, contract execution, and outsourcing governance while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and budget objectives.
