The Outside Sales Representative at DRH Insurance Group is responsible for driving new business growth by developing relationships within the local community and providing customized insurance solutions to individuals and families. Responsibilities

Drive new business for DRH Insurance Group through prospecting, networking, community outreach, and phone-based outreach; meet with prospects by phone, in-person, and virtually to assess needs and present tailored insurance solutions; build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and referral relationships; achieve sales goals; provide excellent customer service; and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.


Requirements

Active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license required

Previous sales or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills


Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently


Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners


Basic computer skills and experience using CRM systems preferred
