We're seeking a detail-oriented Outbound Logistics Coordinator at Ampacity to manage the final mile of our supply chain operations. This role is essential to ensuring our products reach customers accurately and on time, combining customer service excellence with logistics expertise to coordinate all aspects of outbound shipping and distribution.
Pay Rate: $20-$24 per hour


  • Respond to customer inquiries and route requests to the appropriate internal teams
  • Review purchase orders and shipping documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate special shipping arrangements as needed
  • Track outbound shipments and resolve any shipping errors
  • Prepare shipping documents, including fulfillment records and manifests
  • Manage outbound distribution processes and shipment receipts
  • Support same-day deliveries when possible
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Experience with standard logistics and shipping software
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Associate degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain (preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively

Physical Expectations

  • Indoor warehouse facility with regular exposure to dust, fumes, odors, varying temperatures, and machinery noise.
  • Fast-paced environment with heavy machinery operation including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.

Physical Expectations

  • Intermittent periods of continuous physical exertion including walking, standing, stooping, climbing, and lifting materials up to 50+ pounds.
  • Ability to bend, squat, reach, push, and pull equipment throughout the facility from floor to overhead storage areas.
