Order Processing Specialist I

As the Order Processing Specialist I, you will play a vital role in our daily operations by ensuring flawless and timely order execution! Working under close guidance, you will accurately enter, validate, and track standard orders while learning our core systems and procedures. You will collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams including Sales, Procurement, Merchandising, and Logistics to resolve issues and meet critical deadlines. What You Will Do:

  • Accurately review, enter, and validate standard orders within our systems while effectively tracking order status to ensure all deadlines and customer requirements are met
  • Communicate proactively with Sales, Procurement, Merchandising, and Logistics to resolve basic order issues, escalating complex delays or discrepancies to management or senior staff
  • Maintain clear, highly accurate records, reports, and documentation while actively learning core business systems, policies, and operational procedures
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by helping to identify solutions that increase efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline the overall order entry process

What We Are Looking For:

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in order processing, operations, or customer service
  • Exceptional attention to detail with basic proficiency in standard operational systems and Microsoft Excel
