Job description

Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant
Location: Vienna, VA
Type: Contract
Work Model: Remote - offsite
Responsibilities
  • Lead design, configuration and implementation of solutions within Oracle HCM (with deep expertise in Oracle Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace and/or Learning), ensuring system stability and performance across production and nonproduction environments.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, bringing proven best practices and prior implementation experience to drive immediate value and accelerate delivery.
  • Support ongoing Oracle production operations, releases and continuous enhancements within the HCM platform.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement new Oracle Cloud features and capabilities to improve business outcomes, user experience, and platform adoption.
  • Partner with HRT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable high-impact solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex HCM issues and provide expert-level recommendations for system improvements and optimization.
  • Manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) and communicate status, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders.
  • Enable the broader team by sharing functional and technical expertise, best practices and reusable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials and knowledge artifacts to support adoption and compliance.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, with deep functional-technical expertise in Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace and/or Learning modules.
  • Advanced knowledge of SaaS Cloud functional/technical data flows, notifications and integrations between various applications.
  • Advanced skill to work independently with limited guidance and as part of a team, and experience with guiding and mentoring others.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills.
