Work You'll Do
As an Oracle Cloud Financials Manager, you will be responsible for leading implementation workstreams, advising client stakeholders, and driving business process transformation enabled by Oracle Cloud Financials.
- Manage day-to-day interactions with client executives, sponsors, and stakeholders.
- Lead Oracle Cloud Financials implementation workstreams, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, process design, prototyping, configuration support, testing, training, and post-go-live support planning.
- Facilitate current-state and future-state process design, including scenario design, process flows, and identification of opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, and decision-making.
- Manage team members across project activities and provide direction, oversight, and quality review for deliverables.
- Support business development activities, including pursuit participation, proposal development, scope definition, and pricing discussions.
- Coach junior practitioners and contribute to performance development, staffing, recruiting, and retention efforts.

- Functional implementation experience with 4+ complex, full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations
- 7+ years' experience implementing any combination of Oracle Financials modules
- Experience defining systems strategy, documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, designing current-state and future-state business processes, supporting conference room pilots, functional configuration, testing, and user training
- Ability to travel 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or another related field
