Summary

t. This role will involve managing department communications, supporting Meter Measurement tasks, and handling various administrative duties such as payroll processing, data entry, and purchase order preparation. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in office software, with a focus on supporting daily operations and coordinating external services.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Manage incoming and outgoing communications for the Department

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Maintain files, enter time, payroll, and PTO, and perform word processing and data entry

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Prepare and enter purchase orders for materials and supplies, create receipts, code invoices, and track backorders

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Assist Meter Measurement administration functions:ย  purchases, scheduling meter changes, Maximo reports, BPU reporting and meter maintenance functions

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Gate Stations permitting, utility billing and outside services coordination, (i.e. landscape maintenance, security maintenance)

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Coordinating regulatory and emergency response training

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Equipment calibration coordination and reports tracking
