Job description

Hernandez Office Solutions is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to support our service department. This role combines technician dispatching and service billing support in a fast-paced copier/MFP environment.

Youโ€™ll manage service calls in ECi e-automate, coordinate field technicians, and help ensure accurate service documentation and billing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Dispatch and schedule field service technicians

- Create, manage, and close service calls in e-automate

- Communicate ETAs and service updates to customers

- Support service invoicing and billing accuracy

- Coordinate with technicians, parts, and service management

Qualifications:

- Copier/MFP or office equipment experience preferred

- Dispatching or service billing experience a plus

- Working knowledge of e-automate strongly preferred

- Strong organization and communication skills
