Operations Supervisor  |  Ogden, UT  |  3:00PM - 11:30PM

Job Details:

  • Lead your production team to its full potential.
  • Direct and coordinate daily activities in the warehouse, including machine production.
  • Provide guidance, leadership, and coaching to your team, and make sure projects and orders are completed on time.
  • Drive and lead events such as: LEAN, compliance, safety, ISO, and general procedure/process events.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of management or supervisory experience.
  • Strong and proven leadership, coaching and communication skills.
  • Pass a drug test and background check.
  • Be motivated and energetic.
  • Great work ethic.
