CRC Operations Supervisor

Description:

Under the CRC Operations Supervisor, this position provides basic front desk and customer service functions.

Duties:


  • Receptionist duties include answering phones, greeting, and assisting the public.
  • Receives payments, provides change, and runs card transactions.
  • Makes and records Recreation Center passes. Maintains membership records.
  • Provides basic secretarial work such as record keeping and filing, etc.
  • Orders supplies and stocks items for sale.

All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 16 years or older, with one (1) year of front desk/customer service experience preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Must have courteous and professional telephone skills and be able to greet the public with the same courtesy.
  • Must be able to operate a computer, perform basic software functions, and enter data accurately.
  • Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions; establish work priorities; communicate effectively orally and in writing; and help define needs of members and potential members.
  • Must be able to operate standard office equipment. Bookkeeping skills are a plus.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to walk, stand, sit, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
