Job description

Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Mt. Juliet, TN | New Site Launch

Pay: $50,000 – $70,000 per year (based on experience)
Schedule: Weekend Night Shift (with paid training on 2nd shift)

Build Something From the Ground Up in Mt. Juliet

We are launching a brand-new warehouse operation in Mt. Juliet and are looking for a strong, hands-on Warehouse Operations Supervisor to help set the tone, build the team, and establish the standards from day one.

This role is perfect for a supervisor who thrives on the warehouse floor, enjoys coaching teams, and takes pride in running a clean, efficient operation. You’ll play a key role in training a new workforce, establishing SOPs, and driving performance in a high‐volume, cost‐per‐unit (CPU) environment.

If you’re looking for long-term opportunity, stability, and real influence, this role delivers.

Schedule Details

  • Training Period (June 8 – July 3):
    • 2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
  • Permanent Role (Starting July 10):
    • Weekend Night Shift
      • Friday & Saturday: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
      • Sunday: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM

This weekend schedule provides weekday flexibility while offering consistent hours and leadership ownership.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead day‐to‐day warehouse operations in a high‐volume pick, pack, and ship environment
  • Train, coach, and motivate hourly associates to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals
  • Help build, implement, and reinforce SOPs and work instructions
  • Monitor labor efficiency, unit rates, and workflow to hit cost targets
  • Maintain strong floor presence—leading by example, not from a desk
  • Identify process or training gaps and act quickly to correct them
  • Drive accountability through clear expectations, feedback, and follow‐up
  • Ensure a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse environment
  • Partner with site leadership on staffing, onboarding, and ramp‐up activities

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or 3PL
  • Experience in high‐unit, fast‐paced operations (CPU or productivity‐driven environments preferred)
  • Strong foundation in training, SOPs, and process discipline
  • Comfortable spending 85%+ of your time on the floor, actively leading
  • High‐energy, detail‐oriented, and data‐driven
  • Strong communication and problem‐solving skills
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required

Why Join Us

  • Be part of a new Mt. Juliet operation with real ownership and visibility
  • Help shape the culture, standards, and performance from the beginning
  • Competitive pay with opportunity for growth as the site scales
  • Stable schedule with concentrated leadership responsibility
  • Hands‐on role with exposure to broader operations leadership

If you’re a floor-focused leader who enjoys building teams, setting standards, and running tight operations, we want to hear from you.

Apply today and help launch something new in Mt. Juliet.
