Rite Rug has been one of the largest privately owned flooring specialists for over 80 years!  We are looking for an experienced Operation Manager to join our growing team!  If you are looking to be more than just a number, then Rite Rug is the place for you!
 

$50,000 to $60,000 a year.  Salary based on experience. 
 

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • -Plans, organizes, directs and controls the activities of the Operations function of the company a in designated region.
  • · Runs an operation of 8 to 10 million in sales a year
  • · Reviews performance against operating plans and standards
  • · Develops and recommends corporate operations policy within the Operations Department
  • · Coordinates and collaborates with other departments of the corporation in establishing and carrying out responsibilities
  • · Client/customer relation functions
  • · Reviews and approves the setting of budgets throughout the geographic location
  • · Manage property, vehicular, retail, sales and installer issues
  • · Responsible for staffing needs of the locations
  • · Handle any policy issues with drugs and alcohol and harassment
  • · Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

1. Have at least three to five years of experience in successful Operations, including experience in the Flooring Industry.

2. Must have excellent customer service skills

3. Have at least three years of managerial experience and exhibit proven ability to lead and manage employees.

4. Possess and have demonstrated proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office.

5. Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.

6. Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.

7. Be able to work independently and problem solve.

8. Demonstrate the skills necessary to effectively integrate multiple programs.
