Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Operation Manager to join our logistics team. This role focuses on overseeing the delivery and unloading of equipment, machinery, and oversized cargo at client sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics management, particularly in on-site operations involving heavy equipment and out-of-gauge (OOG) cargo. As a bilingual English/Korean professional, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring efficient and compliant logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee the delivery and unloading of equipment, machinery, and OOG cargo at client locations.
  • Ensure all logistics activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding logistics operations and promptly address any concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with drivers, warehouse staff, and other logistics personnel to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers as needed to support logistics operations.
  • Address logistical challenges or disruptions during the transportation and unloading process.
  • Implement contingency plans to mitigate potential delays or issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and logistics activities.
