Job description

Overview
The Operations Manager III provides comprehensive operational management support for the Product Manager Biometrics (PM BIO), under Project Manager Terrestrial Sensors (PM TS), Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE), Layered Protection and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN).
Responsibilities
• Oversees system procurement, fielding, and sustainment activities.
• Manage logistics and support for personnel deployed to OCONUS locations.
• Coordinates with Army units for fielding, training, and troubleshooting. Manages system upgrades and tech refreshes.
• Conduct training on the use and operation of BCC systems.
• Conduct training on the use and operation of BCC systems. Develop/update user guides, lesson plans, course curriculum, and other training material as applicable.
• Ensure open communication between all stakeholders, including military personnel, government civilians, and contractors, to foster positive working relationships and ensure product satisfaction.
Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
• Seven (7) years of relevant experience
• Experience working with biometric technologies and identity management systems.
• Experience working on DoW or other U.S. government contracts, with a strong understanding of Army acquisition and sustainment processes.
• Experience with the Army's Total Package Fielding (TPF) process, including New Equipment Fielding (NEF), New Equipment Training (NET), Platform Integration (PI), and Technical Field Support. excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary range: $127,592 - $151,773
This position is in the proposal stage. The above salary range represents a general guideline. Integral Federal considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
