Property Management/Leasing/Special Projects:

  • Assist leasing agents with apartment listings, inquiries, and showings.
  • Coordinate property management projects and assignments.
  • Conduct apartment inspections, manage lease renewals, and handle resident interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records and facilitate financial transactions.

Accounts Payable Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Review and reconcile vendor statements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve payment issues.

Move-In and Move-Out Utilities Setup:

  • Coordinate utility setups and transfers for properties.
  • Communicate with tenants, landlords, and utility providers.
  • Address utility billing discrepancies promptly.

Customer Service:

  • Assist in planning resident functions and protecting business reputation.
  • Respond promptly to resident service requests with excellent customer service.
