Are you a hands-on warehouse leader who enjoys coaching employees, solving problems and driving operational excellence? Join Uline as a Director of Distribution & Operations and lead from the warehouse floor, staying connected to daily operations while developing high-performing teams and delivering the exceptional service our customers count on. You'll help lead Uline's distribution operations in Kenosha, spanning over 1.5 million square feet.

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead by example on the warehouse floor, working alongside employees to ensure high levels of accuracy, productivity and safety.

  • Direct all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and supporting departments.

  • Coach and develop warehouse managers who lead a team of 500+ employees through daily feedback and hands-on leadership.

  • Drive operational excellence through accountability and continuous improvement to deliver industry-leading service and same-day shipping.

  • Investigate operational challenges, remove barriers and implement practical, data-driven improvements that strengthen warehouse performance.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 10+ years leading high-volume distribution operations, including direct leadership of warehouse managers and teams of 400+ people.

  • Proven success improving productivity, quality and safety through operational leadership.

  • Experience leading with KPIs, performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS).

  • Strong problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
