As the Regional Administrator Private Duty Home Care, you will lead and oversee all aspects of home care operations in the region you support, ensuring exceptional care delivery, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and outstanding customer experiences.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, direct, and coordinate all agency operations and home care activities

  • Build, develop, and retain high-performing clinical and operational teams

  • Drive growth initiatives, community outreach, and referral relationships

  • Manage operational and financial performance to support sustainable growth

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and agency regulations

  • Serve as the agency spokesperson and key representative within the community

  • Partner with physicians, referral sources, and healthcare organizations to strengthen service delivery

  • Maintain strong visibility and accessibility with residents, families, leadership, and community partners

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in Home Care

  • Strong operational, financial, and team leadership experience

  • Experience driving growth, relationship management, and community engagement preferred

  • Master's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
