  • 15+ years of progressive manufacturing and operations leadership experience


Preferred Requirements:

  • Global manufacturing leadership experience across multiple countries and regions
  • Strong background in SIOP, supply chain optimization, inventory management, and working capital improvement


The successful candidate will provide executive leadership for a global manufacturing network, establishing the strategy, operating systems, and organizational capabilities required to support continued growth and profitability. This executive will have broad responsibility across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Operational Excellence, and Operations Engineering while partnering closely with Commercial, Engineering, Finance, and Human Resources.


Responsibilities:

  • Establish and execute a global operations strategy that aligns manufacturing capabilities, capacity, resources, and investments with long-term business priorities
  • Lead a multi-site manufacturing network with accountability for safety, quality, delivery, productivity, inventory, cost, and profitability
  • Strengthen supply chain performance through disciplined SIOP, production planning, supplier management, inventory optimization, and risk mitigation
  • Create common operating standards across facilities while advancing Lean, continuous improvement, automation, and data-driven performance management
  • Develop capital, capacity, and manufacturing footprint plans that improve scalability, resiliency, and return on invested resources
  • Build a strong global leadership organization through talent development, succession planning, cross-functional collaboration, and clear accountability for results
