Partner with executive leadership to drive efficiency, strengthen carrier partnerships and support Uline’s commitment to next-day delivery.

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic analysis of transportation and operational data to identify trends, shape initiatives, and drive efficiency for one of the country’s largest LTL shipping networks.

  • Partner with leaders across the organization to optimize logistics operations and enhance vendor partnerships to deliver a high level of service.

  • Strengthen relationships with key freight carriers and leaders across Uline’s North American locations to ensure alignment with company goals.

  • Drive high-impact projects, providing insights and recommendations to Uline’s executive leaders.

  • Promote operational excellence, continuous improvement, and high performance.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 20+ years of leadership experience in complex, large-scale logistics operations with expertise in all transportation modes; outbound LTL expertise a plus.

  • Proven ability to leverage complex data to inform strategy and decisions.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
