Job description

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Director of Operations to join our team in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area. This Director of Operations will bring their quick service restaurant expertise to help us continue growing our brand.


The Regional Director of Operations will provide overall planning, direction, evaluation and guidance to 100+ restaurant locations.


Key to this role is being "people oriented" with the "heart of a team trainer". The ability to attract and develop internal talent will help pave good growth with the company. We are looking for someone that is systems oriented, process driven and teaches others to follow the processes

(Company will assist in relocation to Milwaukee)


Ideal Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or commensurate experience in similar role
  • Current Restaurant Regional Director level leadership experience or above in quick serivce or fast casual restaurant operations
  • 5 years of experience in multi-unit leadership required
  • Experience in strong P&L management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Must be able to pass background/drug screen
  • Ability to travel is a must
