We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Assistant to work closely with the Operations Manager/Owner and play a key, hands-on role in crop production and day-to-day farm operations. This position offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to grow your agricultural skill set in a collaborative and supportive environment. This is a full-time, year-round position.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • 2+ years of crop operations experience
  • Application/sprayer experience and certification preferred
  • Class A CDL preferred, or the ability to successfully obtain within a specified timeframe
  • Must maintain a valid driver's license
  • Experience with farm equipment technology preferred; familiarity with John Deere monitors and precision agriculture technology is a plus
