In this role, you will play a key part in safeguarding our clients by reviewing account transactions for fraudulent activity, ensuring the accuracy of account maintenance, and reconciling internal accounts. This position involves daily workflow management, including updating customer information, processing maintenance requests, and supporting the team in various operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process and review workflow items for accuracy and completeness.
  • Update customer information in bank software and follow up with retail staff on errors or missing documents.
  • Manage account maintenance requests, including closures, changes, and updates.
  • Provide backup support for the Deposit Operations team, including CD/IRA management and ACH affidavits.
  • Balance daily funds and review various daily reports.
  • Process daily non-posted transactions.

Required for this position: Strong analytical and problem resolution skills. Excellent attention to detail, general understanding of accounting and balancing, ability to identify missing items, advanced organizational skills, ability to work under deadlines, independent thinking, self-motivation, strong oral and written communication skills.
