Job description

The Iowa Economic Development Authority and Iowa Finance Authority seek a Director of Strategic Operations and Governance to lead a newly established Operations Team reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. This Public Service Manager 1 role drives organizational modernization, business systems strategy, and transformation initiatives while overseeing a team of two business systems professionals. The director will serve as a strategic advisor across the organization, championing change management and building partnerships to improve operational effectiveness and service delivery.
