The Operations Director is responsible for day-to-day branch operations, administrative oversight, and financial performance.
The Director partners closely with clinical, business development, and administrative teams to meet performance targets related to revenue, hours of care, compliance, and patient experience.

Compensation: $65-70k base plus a 20% performance-based bonus potential.

Key Responsibilities
Team & Branch Management
  • Manages daily operations and staffing for the assigned branch.
  • Provides coaching and development for team members.
  • Provides a high-quality experience for field staff during the onboarding process and while working in the field.

Community Engagement

  • Participates in patient visits and referral engagement as needed.

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree required (business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred).
  • 2-3 years of management or operations experience.

  • Ability and willingness to travel locally as needed.
  • Must meet all state and company requirements.
