KMTC USA Corporation is the U.S. subsidiary of Korea Marine Transport Co., Ltd. (KMTC), a global container carrier headquartered in Korea. KMTC operates an international container shipping network connecting major trade lanes across Asia and other regions. Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to support our commercial team in Tempe, Arizona. This role is critical in ensuring smooth execution of sales activities, accurate data management, and effective coordination between customers, sales teams, and global offices. No prior shipping experience is required 


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer onboarding, account setup, and maintenance in internal systems
  • Prepare and process quotations, rate requests, and RFQs
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales data in Excel and CRM platforms
  • Coordinate with global teams on service updates, pricing, and customer inquiries
  • Support contract administration and documentation flow
  • Generate regular sales reports and performance dashboards
  • Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • This role may require flexibility to support evolving business and operational needs


Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, administrative, or coordination roles
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and international environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. (Form I-9 verification required upon hire)
  • Shipping or logistics experience is a plus but not required
  • Must be able to work onsite at the assigned office location
