Job description

The Royal Group, an affiliate of Schwarz Partners, is currently seeking an Operations Coordinator to support our Marlton, NJ., facility. The Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to Project Managers and Operations leadership to ensure efficient project execution and day-to-day business operations. This role is responsible for maintaining project tracking systems, supporting operational processes and documentation, coordinating logistics and vendor activities, and ensuring workflow visibility across multiple projects. The Operation Coordinator serves as a key liaison between internal teams, vendors, and service providers to help drive operational efficiency, communication, and project success.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS FOR THIS POSITION:
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the office staff, ensuring timely completion of project-related tasks and deliverables.
  • Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate delivery updates and resolution plans to internal stakeholders.
  • Create, process, and manage purchase orders while assisting with vendor communications and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain project tracking systems, operational documentation, workflow records, and related reporting tools
  • Coordinate prototype shipments, testing schedules, logistics, and associated documentation.
  • Support workflow visibility initiatives through reporting, operational tracking systems, and process monitoring activities.
  • Assist in preparing for customer visits, meetings, presentations, and overall office operational readiness.
  • Coordinate courier, shipping, and logistics activities to support projects and operational requirements.
  • Support office operations, facilities coordination, office supply management, and vendor relationships.

REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
  • Associate degree i preferred. Experience is also a qualifier.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations coordination, project coordination, or logistics.

PREFERRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Experience with ERP systems, purchasing, logistics, project coordination, or operational support functions.
  • Experience working in manufacturing, retail displays, packaging, fulfillment, or related industries.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience with ERP, project management, or workflow tracking systems preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
