Job Summary The Bank Reconciliation Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate reconciliation of bank accounts, applying accounting principles, and maintaining compliance with financial reporting standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software (Infor), and advanced Excel capabilities to support daily and monthly reconciliation activities. Top Must-Haves Proven experience in bank reconciliations Strong knowledge of accounting principles Proficiency in Infor and MS Excel Key Responsibilities Per form daily and monthly reconciliations of bank accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance Investigate discrepancies and resolve variances between bank statements and company records Utilize accounting software (Infor) and advanced Excel functions to support reconciliation processes Collaborate with finance teams to provide accurate reporting and audit support Maintain documentation of reconciliation processes for compliance and audit purposes Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reconciliation workflows Required Qualifications Bac helor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum of 3+ years of experience in bank reconciliations Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in Infor and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in process improvement and automation of reconciliation processes Certifications (if applicable) CPA or CMA certification preferred but not required Education: Bachelors Degree
