Your Opportunity, Your Team

  • The Fulfillment Center Learning Manager supports QVC and HSN, and will lead and manage all aspects of fulfillment operations training and continuous learning for warehouse team members, partnering with Human Resources and Operations to develop effective training programs and tools. You will report to the Sr Operations Manager.

Where You'll Work

  • This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Bethlehem, PA fulfillment center daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

  • Utilize data and analytics to ensure consistent, successful development, while building strong relationships across teams and driving daily improvements in a dynamic environment.

  • Achieve learning and operational goals through effective onboarding and continuous education of team members.

  • Design, revise, and facilitate training programs using proven instructional methods and adult learning principles.

  • Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to create learning objectives and ensure training meets performance expectations.

  • Manage and coordinate training resources, activities, and assets, including indirect leadership of additional training resources.

  • Partner across departments and the network to ensure consistency, measure training effectiveness, and support strategic planning.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Distribution, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 2+ years in learning and development facilitation and design

  • Strong project management, continuous improvement, and metrics-driven mindset.

  • Effective communicator and leader across employees, cross-functional teams, and executive leadership.

  • Experience with operational excellence methodologies (e.g., Kaizens) and adult learning principles.
