Job description

We are hiring for a Office Assistant in Rancho Cucamonga to provide administrative and project coordination support to ensure efficient daily operations and timely completion of office tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day office operations and support ongoing projects

  • Coordinate project activities, timelines, and communication between teams, clients, and vendors

  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, vendors, and internal staff

  • Perform administrative duties including data management, report preparation, and drafting correspondence

  • Learn and support core office functions, including:- Creating quotes

    • Processing work orders
    • Preparing field service reports
    • Scheduling appointments and services
    • Assisting with outsourcing and new business efforts
  • Track project progress and provide updates as needed

  • Help maintain a professional, organized, and secure work environment

  • Support special projects as assigned

Qualifications & Skills
