JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Business Office Manager (BOM) to oversee the daily business office operations of a Skilled Nursing Facility. The successful candidate will manage accounts receivable, collections, billing oversight, admissions financial processing, resident trust accounts, and other business office functions while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
โ€ข Prior Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) business office experience
โ€ข Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Private Pay billing
โ€ข Experience managing Accounts Receivable and aging reports
โ€ข Experience with collections and reimbursement follow-up
โ€ข Strong organizational and communication skills
โ€ข PointClickCare experience preferred
Candidates without SNF/LTC business office experience will not be considered.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
โ€ข Oversee daily business office operations
โ€ข Manage Accounts Receivable and aging reports
โ€ข Follow up on outstanding insurance and resident balances
โ€ข Coordinate billing and reimbursement activities
