Job description

OFFICE MANAGER


SUMMARY:

The Office Manager will be in the South El Monte manufacturing facility - a liaison with executives, handling administrative functions to ensure a smooth-running production facility.

This role is currently in South El Monte. A new facility in Jarupa Valley will be opening next year.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Office Management

· Administrative office work

· Handling all AP, AR, Billing

· Procurement

· Production Backend

· Follow Production schedule and Issue Job Cards

· Issuing Paperwork

· Answering phone calls and emails and directing clients to relevant staff

· Organizing office to maintain a clean and safe environment

· Reporting office progress and problems to Executives

· Working on maintaining order and looking for office improvements

· Handling Insurance Issuances

· Elements of Payroll


REQUIREMENTS:

· Strong Attention to Detail

· Understanding of basic Accounting Principles

· Working knowledge and command of Microsoft Office Suite

· Motivated Self Starter

· Independent Office Management

· Meticulous Organization Skills

· Utility Player – ability to get things completed
